The goal is to remove all the parts from the body, without allowing your tweezers to touch the metal edges.

Remember you only have 3 ‘lives’ to remove everything.

Another 1980's game scaled up from the original size, the Giant Operation comes on an, almost full-sized, operation table with medical skirting around the base to hide the legs.
